Join Us at the Enda Energie Side Event - #COP28! 🌍 #CapCop28 The urgency is clear: the IPCC highlights a growing gap between current global emissions and the 1.5°C target set by the Paris Agreement. Long-Term Low Emission Development Strategies (LT-LEDS) emerge as a crucial tool to bridge this gap, aligning national climate ambitions with global goals and fostering harmony between climate objectives and national development plans. This event will delve into the unique challenges faced by African nations in developing LT-LEDS, considering factors such as energy access, industrialization, economic vulnerability, and climate resilience.
