A consultant reached out asking if there are VM equivalents of HPE superdome in the cloud? They know that @CloudGenera maintains 400k datapts in public cloud. The answer is essentially yes. @Azure has the monstrous m416msv2 vm. 416 cpu's & 11,400GB Ram. $2.4M to run for 1 yr.

Multi-cloud is a mixed bag right now. I usually see multi-cloud conversations but single-cloud execution. I hear less about AWS vs. Azure. Orgs ask about Azure vs. Google or Oracle more lately. @CloudGenera's been doing this kind of work for yrs.

On a meeting as @CloudGenera's director of Cloud Research is walking us through recent changes in AWS. There are 12 pages of changes.... since 11/12. We do this stuff for a living and wouldn't be able to keep up either if we hadn't built automation. Azure is as bad or worse.
