3 votes • 12 hoursWhy can tadalafil be taken once a day when most ED pills are timed? Its half-life is about 17.5 hours, per the FDA label. Sildenafil's is about 4.
That long half-life is why a small daily dose builds a steady level in your system, so there's nothing to plan around.
The FDA record:
2003: Cialis approved for ED
2008: once-daily 2.5 mg and 5 mg doses approved
2011: approved for BPH urinary symptoms, and for ED plus BPH together
CLYR Tadalafil 5 mg Daily is FDA-approved generic tadalafil from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. 90 tablets for $124.99, billed once, about $1.39 a day. No auto-renew.
Not for anyone taking nitrates. A licensed provider reviews your meds first.

3 votes • 7 hoursWhy two drugs instead of one? Ivermectin and mebendazole hit parasites in different ways.
Ivermectin acts on parasite nerve and muscle channels. Mebendazole blocks the tubulin parasites need to absorb nutrients. Both are long-standing FDA-approved antiparasitics: mebendazole since 1974, ivermectin for people since 1996.
CLYR Ivermectin + Mebendazole is 25 mg / 250 mg per capsule, compounded by a licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy, after a licensed provider reviews your history and meds. 30 capsules for $139, billed once. Nothing renews.

LDN FAQ: is it FDA-approved?
Naltrexone at 50mg is. Low dose naltrexone made by a compounding pharmacy is not. It's prescribed off-label by a licensed provider.

Minoxidil and finasteride don't compete. They fix two different problems.
Finasteride lowers DHT, the hormone that shrinks follicles on the crown and hairline. Minoxidil keeps the follicles you still have in their growth phase longer. Neither one does the other's job, which is why the two together often beat either alone.
Add low-dose tretinoin and the evidence gets stronger: in a 24-week controlled trial, minoxidil plus tretinoin beat minoxidil alone on hair count and weight.
What to expect: shedding in months 1 to 3 (a normal reset), early regrowth around months 4 to 6, best results near one year.

Most ED pills fix blood flow. They don't touch wanting to.
That's a different system. Desire runs through the brain, and PT-141 (bremelanotide) works there, on melanocortin receptors, not on blood vessels.
The FDA approved bremelanotide in 2019 (Vyleesi) for low desire in premenopausal women. Nausea is the most common side effect.
CLYR's PT-141 + Oxytocin ODT pairs bremelanotide 2 mg with oxytocin 40 IU in one tablet that dissolves under your tongue. No needle. Take one about 45 min before, max one in 24 hours. For men and women.

Sermorelin isn't a new "biohacker" peptide. It has an FDA record.
Geref (sermorelin acetate) was FDA-approved in 1990 as a pituitary test, and in 1997 to treat growth hormone deficiency in children.
The maker discontinued it in 2008. In 2013, FDA published a formal finding: Geref was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness (78 FR 14095).
How it works: sermorelin is a GHRH analog. It signals your pituitary to release your own growth hormone in natural pulses, still under your body's feedback loop. It is not synthetic GH.
CLYR's sermorelin: 0.9 mg/mL 10 mL vial, made in a U.S. 503B outsourcing facility, shipped cold with syringes. $159 a vial or 3 for $299. Billed once, nothing renews. 15% off your first order with X15 at checkout:

Minoxidil didn't start as a hair product. It started as a blood pressure pill.
Oral minoxidil (Loniten) was FDA-approved in 1979 for severe hypertension. Doctors noticed patients growing hair as a side effect.
That led to topical Rogaine 2%, approved in 1988 as the first FDA-approved drug for male pattern hair loss. It went over the counter in 1996.
Nearly 40 years later, minoxidil is still one of the best-studied hair loss treatments there is. Expect some shedding early and give it 3 to 6 months before judging.
CLYR's hair regrowth sprays build on it: minoxidil 7% with tretinoin and fluocinolone, plus finasteride 0.2% in the men's formula (the women's is finasteride-free). $119 for 60 mL or 3 for $299. Billed once, nothing renews. 15% off your first order with X15 at checkout:

Low-dose oral use for energy and focus is off-label. It is not for anyone on an SSRI, SNRI or MAOI because of serotonin syndrome risk (FDA safety warning, 2011).
