Alexandra from Wildwood may be one of the best villains we've had in the 2020s.
This is a complex, tragic villain that nevertheless reminds the audience that she is a VILLAIN.
She is not some misunderstood person that needs love, nor is she a political strawman allegory.

Literally the only complaint listed here is “they don’t get to Narnia until the third act”.
Which is, and I cannot stress this enough, just the actual plot of the book.
Greta Gerwig’s $280M ‘NARNIA’ is reportedly raising concerns at Netflix after a test screening, with insiders calling the film “awful”.
The production has undergone reshoots amid those concerns.
