The Winning Difference

You can't want more playing time, a bigger role, leadership responsibilities championships, or to play at the next level If you don't want to work hard, to make sacrifices, to discipline yourself, to be coached, to be held accountable. Wants come with requirements.

Great coaches don’t give you what feels good. They give you what growth requires: Truth. Standards. Accountability. Because comfort has never created greatness.

Please listen to this message from Austin Rivers! "The Higher you go, the less special you are! Don’t take success as a reason to settle and get comfortable from it, instead use it as inspiration to go put in more work!" LeBron: "Message!!!! Bingo"

RESPONDING TO MISTAKES "I'm letting the team down because I turned the ball over ... missed a shot ... blew a defensive assignment. No, you're letting the team down when it parlays into 4 or 5 possessions after that. Pick yourself up... You're playing a game that's imperfect."
