In meetings w/ 2 Federal Reserve employees, I was told that beyond 90% of Federal Reserve is Democrat affiliated.
Separately, rent growth went up due to Treasury/ central bank currency printing (quantitative easing) causing rapid dollar depreciation>routing money into housing.
A San Francisco Federal Reserve paper recently found that the influx of unauthorized immigrants under the radical left accounted for 20% of rent growth during the 2021-2024 Bidenflation surge.
