One of the greatest games I've been a part of...only one better was the next week vs. Michigan.
To paraphrase Coach Walker and Coach Wilson: "It's not a Hail Mary, we practice that. It's not a prayer, it's execution"
I use that to this day.
@B1GKurt
VERY sluggish start against a game Atascocita squad to be down 14-7 at half, then storm back for a 42-14 important district win. Great resiliency and toughness shown by the Panthers.
We have another chance to go 1-0 against an always dangerous Humble team.

Happiest of birthdays today (Sunday 9/20) to @SIU_Football Hall of Fame coach Rey Dempsey. The coach of the Salukis' 1983 1-AA National Championship team is 90 years old! All the best, coach.
GREAT JOB, DILLON & the boys!!
When the 2nd leg of the U20 WORLD RECORD 4x100 is one of your WR's...it gives you options!!
GO USA!!!
24 years married to my best friend, mother to our soon-to-be college graduate, and the greatest coach's wife in the business.
It takes a strong & dedicated woman to be the foundation of a football family. She could give a Master's class!!
250 yrs of our nation, I'm proud & happy to be American.
We get to choose our destiny each day in peace. I appreciate our unique ability to do this in the history of the world.
If nothing else, this is what makes USA the greatest nation on Earth, perhaps in all of human history
