Part of the reason I’m so happy right now is because of the amazing people I’m currently coaching. Sophia is one of the best, consummate teammate, dedicated, and highest of high character. Shes going to do big things this winter, and at CCSU. Very very proud coach.

Super excited to announce my commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at @CCSU_WBB. I would like to give a huge thank you to my parents for all they have done for me and the rest of my family for their constant support. Another thank you to Hank, Coaches Adu, Dan, Howard  and my teammates for their support along the way. Final thank you to Coach Caruso and Gomez for this amazing opportunity. #gobluedevils 💙🤍 @MPrepGBB @CoachDNags @MAHuskies @Coach_Adu @WesHowardHoops @NEPSGBCA @nehoopjournal

Been doing this a long time- haven’t met a more genuine, hard-working kid. She chose fit like more kids should. She is going to re-write record books at CC. Proud of her and so glad I get to coach her this winter.

This WNBA finals is good for WBB. Two likable teams and coaches. Great to watch.

In 2026- it is possible to be a great program without videoing and posting every move you make. The best teams live in the gym and not online. The best cultures genuinely happen in the real world and not online. Their actions exist for each other not their followers. #FAST

I don’t think kids that don’t get it right away, are a death sentence to culture. Those kids can be shown the way. It’s the “fake leaders” that destroy teams. Players who are “me first” who claim to be “team first” is something near impossible to overcome.

Coaches and trainers who promote themselves to an excess to create a perception of adequacy - are often the ones who lack it the most.

At midnight inside a 1,000-seat gym in rural Illinois, college basketball's speed frontier will come alive to start the season. The "Fastest Weekend in Basketball" will make even the most up-tempo D1 schools look like snails. READ @CBSSportsCBB 👇 cbssports.com/college-basket…

AI is pretty amazing - crazy they can’t make a decent looking or even a unique looking graphic.

Feels so weird not being on the road in July for the first time in 7 years. However, I can’t remember being this happy with my professional life (new teaching job and coaching job) - I’m where I’m supposed to be.

Say this louder for the p.. actually say this louder for everyone.

Hardest thing to teach, get HS players to understand is spacing and respacing. Their brains are wired to catch dribble, catch hold, call for a ball screen or stand. Its why so many resort to calling sets. But sets don’t teach them how to play off the action.

The winter will know what you did in the summer. A lot of players want opportunities but it’s hard to earn them and harder to keep them.
