[RETIREMENT] It’s with a heart full of emotions that I officially retire from esports. For a decade,I’ve been working with teams all around the world in 5 games categories. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I’ve failed, I’ve learned, I’ve grown, I learned the language basics of 10 countries, discovered so many cultures, so many dishes. I wouldn’t be the person I am today without esports. Esports built the human I am today, and the human I am today isn’t made for esports anymore. All this time, my goal was to help players achieve their goal. Now, I realized that making people improve is different than making people reach their potential. We all learn from mistakes, we all learn from experience. I developed my own way of seeing the world, affected by all the people I ever worked with and now I don’t want my way of thinking to restrict other people's way of developing their own vision by being stuck in a competitive environment. Follow your own journey. We all have our own way to see games, we all have our own way to see the world. Nobody is fully wrong. There’s always a part of truth on people that sounds crazy, there’s always a part of wrong on people that sounds like they understand everything. Don’t be scared to fight for what you think is true, but still listen to the ones you are fighting with. You may be right, you may be wrong, it doesn’t matter. At the end of the discussion, both of you will leave better than you were before. I want to thank every person I worked with those last years, it really was a pleasure. I want to thank every opportunity I’ve been offered. I want to thank every tournament organizer for allowing us to have a scene to compete on. I want to thank every caster for making esports brighter. And most importantly, I want to thank every esports follower, every gamer. Without you, none of this would be possible. You are the cornerstone that allows us to experience something amazing. I do not want to name everybody, so I prefer not naming anybody. But notice that even if I retire, I will not disappear. Every person I ever worked with can reach out to me if they need to discuss anything.I will still be there for you, even years after. Some of you can already confirm. I will still follow your journeys from home, I will still be cheering for you and contemplate the path you decide to follow. I know you will do your best. Thank you for this decade, thank you for everything. You changed my life. I hope you will have a wonderful one. Jérémy “Handsa” Monard
