Did you know sport stacking does more than just entertain? 🏆 Studies show it significantly improves hand-eye coordination, reaction time and fine motor skills in as little as 5 weeks! Perfect for physical education, it’s a fun way to keep kids active and focused. #instructor

We enjoyed our time at #TAHPERD2024 last week and want to add our congratulations to all of the award winners, but especially to @HWagnerHumblePE , who has been a staunch advocate of heart rate training and #IHT over the years and was named the K-12 Health and PE Administrator of the Year. We are looking forward to more great things with Humble ISD.
