The real educators lose sleep over their students. We suffer from mental health issues dealing with stress from our daily battles. Pouring into kids that are suffering, only to be drained by miserable administrators who may dislike you. Then to be told if you don't become the bus driver as well you can't get hired. Mind you our kids are engaged in drill culture. And we are worried about a CDL smdh 🤦🏾‍♂️. Education as a whole needs to wake up or it's about to get even more crazy in these schools. Focus on meaningful programs for these kids. Not slaving the great coaches who are also great leaders.
