Less than 2 days ago I reached a new PB in leg press of 175kg today I smashed that pushing 300kg! Or 47stone.
Immensely proud of myself while pushing toward a 250kg deadlift, maybe need to aim for a higher weight 👀❤
Villa sacking Smith is shocking after what he did last season, losing Grealish put them back in a transitionary period and they bin him off after 4 or 5 losses in a row! Come on now, the lack of respect for managers is a joke, even ones who kept you in the league 2 years ago!
Decided that come the new season next year I am going to make a return to football and look for roles, finally received word from the FA my Level 2 certificate is on the way and waiting to sign up for my UEFA B, looking likely it will have to be teams that play Sundays 🤞🏾
Very talented, thinks outside of the box and a pleasure to work with!

Planning on starting my own business - Its aim will be to offer elite level coaching to every individual out there from the ages of U-5's to u-21's, there will be an initial membership fee and monthly fee thereafter, reason behind this is to improve
Not only will we boost the amount of players at grassroots level recieving elite coaching we will also improve the level of quality of players throughout the football step system and hopefully increase our chances in national competitions.
Feeling honoured and proud to say, even though I left my role at the school, they're still permitting me to coach my lads that I've had since year 7 and fulfill my promise to them that I would coach them until they left. ❤ small things that count.
Sorry @LFC but JK chosing to bench D J and K.T for B.F & A.R was a mistake, 2 in hot form. JK showed the same treatment to D.O years ago bang in form had 6 in 5 if I remember right(hattrick against S'hmpton) then starts B.F after injury, look how that turned out👀 2pts dropped...

Never forget when @GNev2 refused to shake Peter Schmeichel's hand in the tunnel after he joined rivals Manchester City 👀
