True resiliency is choosing to keep going when life gives you every reason to quit. Lost my mom in 2012 after my first deployment and my grandpa in March. Last week I lost two uncles. Today, I finished my final class at WKU. I wish they were here to celebrate! This is for them!

Congratulations to my girl @AESmith502 on 5th Place at today’s state meet in the shot put. Also threw an all time best and broke her previous school record with a throw of 101-11! Great ending to her freshman season!

This was last nights Class 3A Region 6 boys discus finals held at GRC. @KHSAA at some point safety and quality have to matter. Kids have to matter. Regionalize these meets and hosts them at colleges where kids can have a high quality experience.
