Coach MJ Baker has built her program at Eastern Florida into one of the top in all of junior college basketball. Here she shares some defensive principles that she teaches to her team. A great reminder to always see the player you are guarding and the basketball and great example to not come up to high or to be too low.
Players ability to execute principles like these consistently will make your team go.
