College coaches looking for a grad transfer combo guard with great athleticism, strength, and two-way 🐶, check out my guy @sidlebonzo21. 🎞️🏀@NCAADIII @NCAADII @NAIA @NCAA #transferportal #collegebasketball
Thankful to get back to writing about #boxing. Check out my latest article #MakeBoxingGreatAgain alongside my brother. We propose 4 divisional tournaments - NCAA March Madness style - that would bring the sport’s buzz to another level. @boxingnews24

Had the pleasure to coach him 2 years & have followed his growth over the last
2. Super proud of @NazirHasaan. 4-year varsity starter who can shoot it, handle, finish. Should be an all-moco selection & all star imo. Garnering D3/D2 interest. ⭐️🎞️🏀 @CoachOx @DCRick_ @PrepHoops
Check out some of my highlights from the first half of my senior season! Currently leading MOCO in 3 ptrs and 2nd in ppg. @CapitolHoops @PrepHoopsMD @ColbyGHoops @MarcusHelton

@AdventistHealth Shady Grove ER lacks in every facet & staff DO NOT carry out their mission whatsoever. Crazy long wait times, 2 out of 3 elevators broken, no staff working the desk, rude staff encounters, no interpreters for Spanish-speaking patients in need. Avoid at all cost.
And no staff is going through that much that they shouldn’t treat each patient with the utmost respect, care, and empathy. Leadership needs to access and correct its operations, commitment to its mission. There’s certainly levels to this. 🤦🏽♂️ #NotATopHospital #DoBetterorShutdown
Congrats cuzzo! Proud of you. Can’t wait to see you in action. @Joshua_Strong5 🙏🏽❤️🫡👏

Every coach at every level should show this tape of @_masonelite 3rd grade team
Nobody over dribbling, ball is moving, quick decisions, skill, shifting the defense
This is awesome
The Women’s 🏀 game is awesome. High level talent, shot making, execution, passion…so refreshing. Clark is INSANE. JuJu is shiftiest women’s player I’ve seen, Paige is 🥶, Reese a beast. So much talent and coaching, I love it! ✊🏽🫡 #NCAAWomensTourney #MarchMadnessWBB
College coaches, ‘25 G @NazirHasaan is a hidden/untapped 💎. I had the pleasure to coach him as a Fr. on varsity & now he’s a 3-yr starter who’s putting up gawdy yet efficient #s. Looking forward to a big #AAU showing before his senior bid next year. @MarcusHelton @UOrangemen 🎬

Bill R. Bojangles wasn't allowed to hold Shirley Temple's hand while filming the stair scene in "The Little Colonel". She insisted and grabbed his hand during the act becoming the first time an integrated couple was filmed dancing together.
