Student-athletes who skip class, hide in the weight room, disrespect teachers, and make excuses are bad teammates. How you do one thing, is how you’ll do everything. You can’t flip the switch. Being a winner is about being consistently good.

The Section IX All-Section Football banquet was held over the weekend. Congratulations to Jacob Brandenburg and Chris Greene for being recognized! Coach Riley was also in attendance. Great way to cap off the season!
Awesome picture. Coach Feeley has been a mentor and role model to me for 10+ years. Great to see him continuing to make an impact on kids just like the impact he had/continues to have on me. Thanks for everything coach!
A bit surreal returning to @SpackSports tonight and using the visitors’ locker room.
Great to see so many friends…nothing better than catching up with former players.
I’ve always considered it a privilege to coach and on nights like these I really how lucky I am

Thank you to the H.S. PE dept. and Mrs. Girard, Class Advisor, for organizing field day!
Big congratulations for Chris Slack signing his NLI to continue his football career at @HartwickFball ! A staple of our team this past year in a developmental season making the transition back to 11 man football. Laid the ground work for years to come!

DISCIPLINE IS A WAY OF LIFE
This entire clip from Nick Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.
