I don’t chase respect with athletes. I chase LOYALTY.
Why? Because here’s the requirements of generating loyalty:

Its a busy time for college coaches with recruitment...
whether you reach out to us, or we reach out to you, the initial questions usually go something like this:
1⃣ - Are you registered with the NCAA eligibility center?
2⃣ - Do you have unofficial transcripts to send over?
3⃣ - Do you have film from any of your races/events (include lane and uniform color)?
The conversation will always flow from there! Make sure you work ahead and have those items ready and accessible!
