If someone watched you for the next 7 days… Would they see your goals? Would they see what you’re willing to sacrifice for your dreams? Would they see be inspired, surprised or motivated to be better too?

Impressed with the Carolina Elite coaches and staff who brought equipment, set up, broke down, threw front toss and hustled to help 100+ young ladies get an incredible opportunity in front of many coaches! Many thanks🤝♥️🩵#compete4elite

Not sure who I’m rooting for in the WS, I am pumped for a good championship…but the Brewers definitely win the uniform game. #WorldSeries

The moment you think your talent alone will get you there is exactly when those who have been growing their: Mind, Body, Skills, and Network lap you… Again. Talent wo work ethic never wins in the long game. Play the long game, own every area of your development. 🤙🏽

7 days from now I’m in Raleigh helping @CarEliteNCorg host an incredible camp with 90+ female SA from all over learning from & showcasing their skills in front of 20 College Coaches. Can’t wait to help with an event that so many coaches have made a part of their fall plans!🥳🥎

As we approach the start of the Fall competition schedule - I want to highlight our 2 remaining uncommitted players, both 2028s, and both joined the squad this Fall! Excited to help them both find their 🏠 at the next level! @maerimel5 @kailyn71728

If you are in hs &want to play college softball… Would a coach say that you are dedicated? In the classroom, in the weight room, and to your own training? Would your coach say that you’re dependable, honest, & a good teammate? You’re more than just your 🥎 skills.

College softball is moving closer to an automated ball, strike system.🤖🥎 The Sun Belt is the first to opt into an NCAA experimental rule that puts Trackman in every Sun Belt stadium and on all coaches tablets for conference games in 2027. Velocity, spin, movement, and batted-ball data show up in real time. Balls and strikes can be read after games and will be used for umpire evaluations.📝
