Week 9 Jerome Bettis Leadership Award Winner: CJ Harris, North Hills High School 🏆
Through CJ's humility, integrity, and genuine care for others, he has become a leader his peers can look to for guidance and younger students can look up to as an example. From mentoring students throughout the North Hills community to participating in multiple student leadership organizations, CJ consistently works to bring people together and create an environment where everyone feels supported.
His commitment to service extends beyond school as well, including helping organize the Ross Township Toy Drive for the past two years and giving back throughout his community. CJ’s ability to lead through his actions and positively influence those around him embodies what the Jerome Bettis Leadership Award is all about.
Congratulations, CJ! 🎉 #ThisIsHSFootball
Next time I may need a 🚁 !!
North Catholic's small but powerful Will Waskiewicz continues to put up numbers as one of the WPIAL’s top receivers/returners. He headlines this week's 🏈 notes. Plus, Kasperowicz arrives in nick of time, Pratt now a 🏈 star & OLSH's quick turnaround.

Proud of the way my team competed in a huge 42-7 conference win! I had a HUGE game with 4 sacks and a FF in the first half(did not play 2nd half) That makes it 10 sacks for the season! @CoachKasper @NHIndiansFB @PA_TodaySports @WPIAL_Insider @wpialsportsnews @43legacy @CoachCorey_ @drew15martin @CoachZeek_ @JustinPerezHQ @EdOBrienCFB @TankSmithPSU @_DGreen02 @benfkerr @ChanceTrickett @7Twice @210ths

A first half offensive explosion led North Hills to a big 42-7 win over Plum in a Northeast Conference contest on Friday.
On offense the ground game led the way with Nicco Thomas rushing for 3 touchdowns and Johnell Edison adding 2 more.
All eyes were on the defense in this game as the Indians totally smothered the Mustangs high-powered passing attack. Standout performances included Cam Healey with 4 sacks and a forced fumble, Asher Morvay with 3 sacks and a forced fumble, Justus Green returning a fumble for a touchdown, Michael Murphy adding a sack and a fumble recovery and JT Heisel collecting his 4th interception of the season.
North Hills is now 6-1 overall and 3-0 in the Northeast Conference. Below is the box score and updated series vs. Plum.
