Winning will bring people around YOU.
Adversity will reveal who was truly there all along.
When the applause gets quiet, the results aren't coming, and YOU'RE fighting just to make it through the day—that's when YOU discover the people who believe in YOU beyond the scoreboard.
And that's also when YOUR standard matters most.
Keep doing the unrequired. Keep showing up. Keep becoming the person who can handle the next opportunity when it comes.
Pay attention to who stays. Then go back to work.

35 years. 4 National Championships. One Big 12 Championship. Countless players who went on to become leaders long after the final whistle. None of that happened by accident.
Here is what I learned coaching for three and a half decades:
The teams that win Attack Everything! They are the most disciplined, own their work ethic, show up for each other even when it costs them something, find their edge in the details and master the Unrequired. That is what builds championships and elite organizations.
This year, I will be stepping into 12 rooms with 12 organizations who are serious about building a culture that does not fold under pressure. If your organization is ready to operate at this level, let’s connect.

A long answer here but hearing @MartinezTheQB speak on @CoachKli and @CoachTruCarroll in what he learned in Manhattan, Martinez took it with him to the UFL and maybe another shot at the NFL.
