Teaching detail is an extremely tedious process for both the student and teacher. A good teacher knows the structure of how it needs to be done...

The CB position is the most athletically demanding position in football. They must be:
A boxer at the LOS
A basketball player in the 1st 5 yds
A track sprinter after 15 yds
A baseball player to track the ball
A high jumper to high point the ball
A gymnast for hips flexibility
