Thankful to everyone who has helped me along this journey. I’m trying to make y’all proud!!!
Happy to have @laurenellard_ on the staff. She is truly a young star in this profession and I am happy she chose to start here at Shorter. Give her a follow and let’s #PursueGreatness

Average means you're just as close to the bottom as you are to the top. Going through the motions and doing "just enough" to get by doesn't maximize your potential.

After a great conversation with Coach Hunt today, I am blessed and excited to receive an offer from Shorter University. Thank you to the coaching staff for this opportunity. I’m looking forward to continuing our relationship in the future. @CoachMHunt @coach_roddyd @TNUnitedBall

If you walked into my office today, you’d see the PPP formula written on my whiteboard.
Here’s 4 Basketball Formulas Every Coach Should Know ( They work in Google Sheet, Excel , and Sportscode)
📈 eFG% = (FGM + 0.5 × 3PM) ÷ FGA
🎯 TS% = Points ÷ (2 × (FGA + 0.44 × FTA))
⚡ ORtg = (Points ÷ Possessions) × 100
📊 Net Rating = ORtg − DRtg
Learn them once. Automate them. Coach faster.
