What's understood doesn't need to be explained! Telling people and coaches you spent your off-season training at Pro E.D.G.E. speaks volumes. The level of training, teaching, and detail that goes into every session is a mental and physical grind that sends our athletes back to their football teams built different. #WhatsYourEdge #FindYourEDGE #TheProEdge l

Joining rare company of guys who started with us in high school and grinded to the pros! We're proud to announce that Ajani Cornelius, AJ former standout offensive lineman from the Rhode Island and Oregon, has been selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 6th round of the 2025 NFL Draft!
AJ made the trip over the bridge every week and never stopped grinding through college. Congratulations!
The journey is just getting started — and the future is bright in Dallas!

We keep our 1v1s in-house! Nobody brags about the sparing match, but when 2 teammates who are rising seniors line up to help each other get better, that's what #ironsharpensiron is all about. #WhatsYourEdge ##FindYourEDGE #TheProEdge #DLine #EdgeRushers #OLine
