Continuing to stay on the podium year after year is no easy task, especially in the field as crowded as Men Discus is in USA. Congratulations @kingjagers on a 🥈 silver medal at USATF Championships 💪

People get stuck in their 30s because they feel too qualified to start over and too bored to stay put. 10 year of expertise becomes a golden cage. The distance between expert and beginner feels like falling off a cliff. So you stay on the plateau, slowly dying of comfort.

What started as one Trojan’s dream is now a global 🌎 hub for throwers. Former USC Shot Putter, John Colich (’71), turned his passion into purpose, creating a home where athletes from Los Angeles and around the world can train, learn, and chase greatness.
