OWN YOUR DAY... The voice in YOUR head that says that YOU can't do this is a Liar! Rid YOUR mind of can't! Instead use “not yet”... I haven’t done it yet. HOW? Use positive self talk or positive self affirmations! And it starts with recognizing the negative thought and then getting your mind right! Tell YOURSELF to shut up over and over repeating: I CAN I WILL SHUT THE HELL UP!!! Feed the positive! Step up! #KeepDigging #NMW #YOUvsYOU ✊🏿✊🏻✊🏽✊🏼✊🏾

OWN YOUR DAY... BELIEVE in YOUR ability to figure things out. With enough time, effort, and discipline YOU will learn and grow and achieve. In order to GROW - YOU must be willing to understand that failure is our best teacher. Work towards becoming the BEST version of YOU. Strive to be a little bit better each day. YOU can always work towards bringing YOUR mission and dreams to fruition when YOU believe. TRUST in YOURSELF!!! #YOUvsYOU #NMW #FAITH

OWN YOUR DAY... The meeting of preparation with opportunity generates the offspring we call luck. Luck is when opportunity meets preparation. YOU only get one chance to make a good impression. Some opportunities only come once. Be ready. #beREADY #NMW #YOUvsYOU #StepUp #KeepDigging ✊🏿✊🏻✊🏽✊🏼✊🏾

“New Jersey Democratic Governor Phil Murphy passed Act 1669 as part of the state’s 2025 budget in June to address a teacher shortage … The law went into effect on Jan. 1, 2025. Individuals seeking an instructional certificate will no longer need to pass the Praxis Core Test, a basic skills test for reading, writing, and math that is administered by the state’s Commissioner of Education. ‘We need more teachers,’ Democratic Sen. Jim Beach, who sponsored the bill, said in May 2024 when the chamber cleared the bill in a 34-2 vote. ‘This is the best way to get them.’”
