Chirs Piatelli of @scmenslax walks us through the 5v4 and 6v5 FIFO Drill. This drill is centered on creating and capitalizing on man-up advantages, making quick, high-IQ decisions, and recognizing when the defense is out of position. Great for reinforcing spacing, ball movement, and timing. while challenging players to stay composed and execute within structure as pressure builds. RIP to the late, great Swampscott baseball and assistant football coach, Frank DeFelice. When you hear phrases like 'old school' or 'leader of men', that was Frank. Tough as they come, but also highly compassionate. Made good ballplayers great and great players legendary.

Of those opining about the health concerns of #Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa, the most realistic portrayal of a player’s mindset came from former #Patriots LB @TedyBruschi, who had a stroke at 31, had a device put into his heart and returned to play. It’s worth your time. 🎥: @espn

There were countless heroes who gave their lives to save fellow Americans on 9/11. 'The man in the red bandana' is one - former @BCEagles lacrosse player, Welles Crowther's story is an amazing act of heroism!

A night I’ll never forget. Thanks to @SealsLax and @joetsai1999 - an amazing organization and an inspiring leader. I’m proud to retire as a Seal and humbled by this great honour. I wore the number 17 for Phil, Chris, and Dustin Sanderson—it was a privilege to wear it.

Let us continue to listen to the survivors, and the communities so deeply affected by the atrocities committed against them. Let us speak up for those who are unable to do so. Let us all be part of the change we want to see. Today, and everyday #EveryChildMatters
