One thing I love about scouting is getting to see athletes in person. Film tells you a lot, but seeing a prospect face-to-face gives you another piece of the evaluation.
Got to spend some time today with 2027 Defensive ATH/LB @Keagangilbert21 and his family in Montgomery, TX.
Amazing family, mature young man, and physically he absolutely looks the part at 215–220 lbs. You can tell he spends time in the weight room. 💪🏾
Keagan brings versatility as a LB/EDGE/defensive athlete and continues to produce for an undefeated Montgomery program. Coaches looking for a physical, versatile 2027 defender with a 3.9 GPA, get him on your board and take a look at the film.
📩 College coaches: DM Keagan or reach out to me or his coaching staff for film, evaluation and additional recruiting information.

You won’t find a guy who lives for contact more than this dude but the best part about him is he is THE coach on the field. Loves to be nasty but knows every aspect of the defensive scheme at the same time. The unquestioned leader of our defense!

Dude has been a HUGE part of our defense this year. 4 year starter who has matured so much this season. He brings the energy day in and day out and is critical to getting us lined up on the back end. He has the length, speed, IQ, and physicality to play on Saturdays!
