He went 38-16 Georgia Southern in 4 seasons.
They were 21-23 in the 4 seasons prior to him.

There was a lot of talk about James Franklin and QBs coming into the season. A lot of talk about how QBs had underperformed or didn't live up to expectations under his tenure at Penn State. Offense Coordinator Ty Howle and QBs Coach Danny O'Brien have worked wonders with QB Ethan Grunkemeyer and deserve tons of credit for his development and play.

What matters to me is efficiency. With @justplayfb our players can find the diagrams, videos, and quizzes they need in one platform built specifically for football.
Everything is organized in one place, so we can spend less time managing information and more time teaching the game.

One of the advantages of teaching through film is that players can go back and hear the message again.
We've been using Just Play to share corrections and walk players through what we're seeing on film. They can revisit those teaching points whenever they need to, rather than relying on one explanation in a meeting.
The teaching doesn't have to end when the meeting does.

I want to train our players' eyes to recognize coverage quickly, not just test whether they can define it.
One way I do that is by using screenshots and timed quizzes in @justplayfb. Players have to look at the picture, identify the coverage, and process what they're seeing under a little more time pressure.
The goal is to build recognition that carries over to Friday night.
