On this 25th anniversary of September 11th, we honor the memories of the lives lost, pay tribute to the brave heroes who responded, and extend our thoughts and prayers to all those whose lives were forever altered by that day.

Absolutely true
So many recruits dismiss D3 for one reason:
No athletic scholarships
But here's what they miss:
Many high-academic D3 schools meet 100% of demonstrated need w/ numerous covering tuition entirely for families that make under $200k/year
What you get is a chance to play your sport at a high level, a top-tier degree, and a network that serves you for the rest of your life
Think 40 years not just 4 years down the road
Comment below if you want our full list of D3 schools that have this type of program

Looking for someone hungry that wants to get into the business. Every assistant that has worked for me has gone on to get a full time position. I have had 1 assistant become a D3 Head Coach, 2 D1 Assistant, 1 AD, 3 Small College Full time Assistants, 1 Full Time Player Dev Role
Assistant Men's Basketball Coach - Oberlin College

Say this all the time. This is the best D3hoops has ever been. The level of play, the resources teams have now, it’s completely different than even when I played
“What DIII athletics is today is probably what mid-major Division I was 10 years ago. And so where are our gaps?”
Taking over for longtime AD Skip Noon, @jeremiahpgapro worked to determine what needed to evolve, what was untouchable, and where the Spartans could grow.
Big time hire!
Very excited and appreciative to be at such a great place, and to be working for an incredible mentor and friend in @BrettMacConnell
Fired up to be part of @DartmouthMBB
Congrats brother. You made Oberlin better everyday. We would not be where we are today without you. Good luck on your next chapter. I know you’ll crush it

SITUATION AND FIT
Most players think getting better is about where you go.
But it’s really about where you fit.
The right situation gives you:
• Coaches who believe in you
• A role that allows you to grow
• A system that matches your strengths
• An environment that pushes you every day
The wrong situation can stall even the most talented players.
Development isn’t random. Choosing the right fit will expedite your growth!
