The next time you’re sitting in the stands watching your son or daughter play, ask yourself if the noise you’re making is positive, or pollution!

In-school lifting is one of the biggest game changers out there. Not sure if CFC does it, but making it easier for athletes to lift w/o having to come in at 6 am or stay after to do it allows all athletes to lift w/out excuse. Dramatically increases lifting rates.
The weight room pays off huge dividends come basketball season. That's exemplified even more in smaller schools.
This CFC team is a great example of that #wisbb

If you are willing to spend thousands on travel and club sports for your kid but unwilling to demand they are going to the free high school weight room, you have gotten bad advice
