High school athletics is fascinating because the same parent who demands accountability from coaches will explain why their child shouldn't have consequences for missing three practices.

Last night, the referees kept telling my OL to stop being so aggressive and excessive with their blocks.
I work hard to establish a standard with my guys: Finish every single play!
Iβm not telling my guys to ease up. Weβre going to play physical, finish blocks, and compete through the whistle!!
If the defensive guys donβt like it, they can work to get off the blocks. Thatβs football.
