The coaching staff and players have worked hard for me all summer long. I had to show them how much it was appreciated. Third annual Coach Stelma cookout.

Linebackers:
Invest 3 minutes and watch how PREPARATION led to big plays for All-Pro Linebacker Luke Kuechly.

"Do we have show dogs on the team or do we have hunting dogs?
Hunting dogs are focused on discipline, commitment, accountability, doing the right things - getting better.
Show dogs - they are worried about what's my playing time."
Winners don’t just show up; they hunt.

It’s easier to be offended than to be accountable.
It’s easier to be angry than to take action.
It’s easier to be judgmental than to be understanding.
It’s easier to blame than to take ownership.
It’s easier to virtue signal than to live a life of virtue.
Live a better standard.

"Courage is not knowing where the finish line is and going as hard as you can."
Championship teams don’t succeed because they know the outcome; they succeed because they play every play, take every step, and make every choice as if it’s the one that matters most.
