Not too many kids like this. Glad he will be associated in the record books of Reno High for Years to come. Enjoying the last remaining weeks with him. Let’s finish the job 24.
Friday night was a night I’ll always remember. Clinching the league title and breaking the all-time career rushing record for Reno High on Senior Night at home with my friends and family in attendance was super special. Thank you @SportsCaravan8, @Brycebrauny, and @NevadaSportsNet for the recognition but this achievement doesn’t happen alone. Couldn’t have done it without my coaches and teammates over the last 3 years. So lucky to have the opportunity to play this game I love.

Anyone who has played for Reno football the past 20 years know who this young man is. No one more deserving of the hall of fame than Mike Salika.
