Coach you are so right. Failure is a crucial part of every coach’s journey. Failure if recognized and identified for what it is, is powerful. An opportunity to grow, change and move forward with more data. Making positive changes and getting better one rep, one practice at a time

Failure is a big part of your path to success. It’s not your enemy. It is your partner in growth. It doesn’t define you; it refines you. If you didn’t fail, you wouldn’t build the character you need to succeed. Failure is an event, not a definition.
Here is our sit-down with @MurrayD96. The award winning official and 2011 Vanier Cup head referee provides insights on being an official. Evidently, after watching this, you’ll want to wear the stripes too 🙌🏈💯💯 youtu.be/c5hDS2Q06Pg #sayYesToofficiating #bearef #joinus

Kudos to @Aaron_Geisler for spearheading this one. He’s been at the reigns of @FootballOntario for less than 6 months and has made a TON of progress in reinvigorating football in the province

I was a 4/5th grade girls basketball coach, then a flag football coach, then a youth football coach, then a freshman coach, then a RB coach, then an OC, & THEN a HC. Wherever you are in your process, just be the best damn version of yourself! The rest will take care of itself 💯 – at Scottsdale, AZ
