Tom Izzo shares an uncomfortable truth about earning your spot.
"You play real good, you start. You don't play as good, you work your way back in."
"That's the American way - except America has gotten soft."
You don't get what you want in life - you get what you earn.
It starts with showing up and earning it every single day.
No shortcuts...Just hard work.

2 years ago I decided to organize my Google Drive. Since then, I have built one of the largest hitting video databases available. Check out the thread!
In total, there is around 1500 videos! Please retweet this post so I can reach out on how to access it

As an Infielder You may never get a Ground ball in the Game! You’re always being evaluated! From how you play catch to how you approach pregame! The Majority of coaches and scouts are watching it all! Are you always in the right place? Are you directing traffic? Baseball Speed?

So proud of this guy. I remember the weight room and 8am long toss on the football field in the summer back in high school. Always working to get better. You earned this big fella. Go get it!

Sam Benschoter is a pitcher the Reds are hoping can give them some length if needed. He has only walked 5 batters over his last 34.2 IP.
Benschoter was an undrafted FA out of Michigan State in 2021 and pitched in the Arizona Fall League for the Reds in 2022.
