A great “Moment Of Truth” example when a young leader builds up the courage to pass on some leadership - and his team thanks him, cheers him for his bravery, and empowers him to continue leading. 4yrs later he’s one of the best in the business.

1st season as commissioner of a youth softball league. We’re raising money to make sure the girls can play on quality softball fields, with up to date protective gear and training equipment. There’s a lot of work to do. #softball #WorldSeries #YouthSports
