Day 3 Portal Message:
I don’t coach agents!!
I coach PLAYERS!!
If I can’t talk to your agent when you drop a pass, miss a tackle, or blow an assignment—then I’m not talking to them now.
I talk to PLAYERS and PARENTS. You tell your rep what I said.
7K+ in the portal… I’m only recruiting 50 with real D.O.G. #FTF

Hiring coaches because of who they know over what they know is killing coaching. Some great coaches will never get a shot because their last name doesn't get them recognition. Not saying some of these coaches aren't good, just saying there might be better overlooked options. 🤷♂️

I know you all need a RB that is physical, explosive, pass block, and can make it happen in space! Had several P4 offers early on‼️
