This is amazing: For the first time, #Bills S Damar Hamlin is addressing the team via Facetime. The breathing tube is out, and he’s spent the morning speaking to various teammates on Facetime. Now, he’s delivering a message to the entire group, I’m told.
Denny has been a fantastic trainer his whole career. While I played at Syracuse, Denny and his staff were professional and did everything they could to make sure we were able to push through a season as healthy as possible. Not shocked and hope Denny is proud of his quick action.

Damar Hamlin asked doctors, “Did we win?”
They told him, “Yes, you won the game of life.”
Congrats @Coach_Middleton, you're a good man and deserve it. Happy for you.

This isn't funny.
The year isn't 1983 and gone are the days of romanticizing putting young people's health at risk.
I played OL. I know what it takes to be successful at the position in college. Working young men to this extreme is equal parts not successful and concerning.
