If you're a coach below the FBS level, you need to keep your DM's open because your program does not have robust resources to find all of the best players who will fit your program.
Open your DM's and make it easier on yourself by watching the film sent to you.

Bringing JUCO football back to Maricopa County would create more opportunities for student-athletes to continue developing both on the field and in the classroom. It would open doors for more players to compete at a high level, pursue their academic goals/develop future leaders.

Just had a student-athlete receive his second college scholarship offer.
Our head coach spoke with the college coach, and these were the questions they asked:
• How is his home life?
• How are his academics?
• How is he in the weight room?
• Is he coachable?
• Does he pick up on concepts?
• Are his parents a problem?
• Is he a complainer?
• Does he run track?
• What is his legitimate size?
Not one question about his stats.
Not a single one.
College coaches are evaluating the whole person.
Character. Family. Academics. Work ethic. Coachability. Football IQ. Physical development. Attitude.
The scoreboard matters. The film matters. The production matters.
But when a college coach is deciding whether they want to invest in a young man for the next four years, who he is matters just as much as what he does on Friday night.
That’s why we talk so much about building the person, not just the player.
The game may get you noticed. Your character determines what happens next.

Not just special teams.
This is legitimately one of the greatest football plays I’ve ever seen.
It doesn’t get much better than that right there. Every coach in America will be showing this rep to their team this week.

Beautiful moment from Deer Valley vs Peoria.
Peoria painted a special decal at the 33-yard-line to honor Deer Valley junior Baxter Floyd, who passed away earlier this month. Peoria allowed Deer Valley to return the opening kickoff to the 33 before taking a knee.

There is a group pushing hard to bring back JUCO football in Maricopa County. The contact is former Glendale Head Coach Joe Kersting and they are promoting 3 new MCCCD board members that would presumably bring back football. If that happens, I believe others would follow.
