It’s not until you master accountability, that you are in a position to master your fate!
Still gives me chills to see my very first assistant coaches that I broke records with, now head coaches! I haven’t even been a HC 10 years and I have a Coaching tree 🤯. So proud of them💪🏾. #Leadership #WeGotGetIt #GrowTheGame @CoachTrey31
Can’t wait to see my Tarboro Vikings compete for another State Title! May as well change our name to Titleboro atp! #Team252

Dawn, you stood publicly everyday for @brittneygriner and I know you prayed privately everyday. Thank YOU for using your platform for something way bigger than the game. You are one of the Real MVP’s to me. ✊🏽👏🏽🙏🏽💯
They say favor isn’t fair, but I’ve done my fair share of good to get these blessings flowing in 🙏🏾 #NoWeaponAgainstMeShallProsper #DivinelyProtected #MissionDriven 💪🏾
I don’t just talk to players about being active in their communities and living their passions….I be the example!

You can't learn anything from a coach if you think you already know it all. Be humble, curious, and coachable so you always keep improving.
When your nonprofit @FreedomOrg1885 gets asked to present at the @NCmuseumhistory 😊 #Blessings #Honored
We share a vision to redevelopment and preserve historically disadvantaged and disinterested communities from housing, to preservation of culture and history, all the way down to rebuilding local food systems at @FreedomOrg1885 and man do we have some major things moving 🙏🏾
@jennawadsworth be looking forward to hearing from us in the near future on updates and support 🤗

Accountability done well is holding people to the standard not because you are against them, but because you are for them. It's reminding them of who they are meant to be, of the commitment they’ve made.
Accountability is what you do for people, not to people.
Coach be rt on time even from heaven 🤗 #KayYowBred
Life is full of ups and downs, and your college experience will be no exception.
This quote from Coach #KayYow is a great one to print and hang on your dorm wall!
