The journey has been challenging, but the learning and growth have been entirely worth it. A massive thank you to my brother and friend @collindavidmortleybsya for his support and encouragement and the fantastic group of coaches I met on the course.
I also couldn’t have done it without the support of @michaelwilliamrice @arcollins__ and @jwsportsmanagement for providing the right platform to execute my coaching abilities.
The UEFA B journey started 2023 with block 1 and 2024 with Block 2.
Excited for the next chapter in my coaching journey and putting all this into practice.

Real Madrid has really improved defensively.
Players are showing more desire to work extra hard for each and defend more consistently.
The team chemistry is looking very promising.
Almost every player is improving consistently except Vini
Xavi and Iniesta was super Exceptional
I don’t think football can produce a midfield profile like them again.
They were extremely good
Between 2007 and 2018, to win ballon d'or, it meant you outperformed Ronaldo and Messi.
Only Ka'Ka and Modric managed to do it. In between those years was Xavi and Iniesta peak. Even though Iniesta deservedly should have won it in 2010, it went Messi's way.
Xavi and Iniesta were not super exceptional though. They were not even the best of their generation.

Jose Mourinho delivered a tactical masterclass.
The concept of Bernaldo Silva and Tchouami in midfield was the key.
Tchouami sitting deep in zone 14 to prevent passing combinations from Barca.

One media company I was working with in 2019 in Lagos just reached out to me to take permission to use my match day action videos they made in 2019.
7 years after , they couldn’t find any coach that could filled in the gap I left.
A grassroots coach with a strong match day personality and media presence.

Mourinho ganó el Clásico. Flick sigue por delante en la clasificación.

Jose Mourinho is gradually influencing their thoughts process and they are beginning to play like the actual Real Madrid.
This current REAL MADRID squad are far better than this Current Barcelona Squad.
What was lacking in Real Madrid was experienced Manager.
JOSE MOURINHO can’t fail with this kind of players at his disposal.

I think after these 5 games Mourinho will end up sacked and potentially this will be the fastest sacking in Real Madrid history
I genuinely cant see us winning any game here except Leipzig and maybe a scam win against Villarreal but the rest i dont see us doing well
