Lochness Monster at Busch Gardens Williamsburg is the only roller coaster left on planet Earth with interlocking loops. Some say it’s still pretty rough. How do you feel about it?

My most recent model runs with 120 experts on a laptop that has at least 12 GB of CPU RAM.
It is coming together. I have a certain number of categories and types of content to train into it.
That includes Qontent.
This laptop will even run offline on a long airplane flight.

If I worked at @DOGE, I would refactor the government and eliminate waste and corruption by simply using math.
Each government department will be considered a function that transforms inputs like resources, information, or finances into an output like a service or result.
Other inputs might be budget allocations, personnel, data streams, and other outputs might be services, results, or even other departments or personnel.
From this perspective we will be able to see how the different departments interact and depend on each other.
From there we simply apply functional composition.
Just like with a spaghetti codebase, we refactor the departments and cut out corruption and waste. While reorganizing any under/over utilized resources and applying them to where they will be best utilized.
This type of mathematical optimization will quickly identify bottlenecks to fix and inefficiencies to eliminate.

This is a simple example of how we would find and eliminate corruption.
We input $8.6 billion dollars in to the Indian Health Service (ihs.gov/), and we got an output of "Many Federal [IHS] Facilities Are in Fair or Poor Condition" (according to gao.gov).
There is obviously something going on at the IHS that warrants a more detailed look.
