I started coding at 37 after spending 10+ years in academia as a molecular biologist.
By accident. No grand plan. No childhood prodigy story.
Just curiosity, a laptop, and the extremely dangerous discovery that making computers do things is addictive 😊
Are you a real developer or just a professional AI whisperer pretending to know what you're doing?👀
Time to find out. 😈
I made this little quiz a few months ago and almost forgot it existed 😂

Tomorrow I'm sending my first official AI workshop offer to the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
Still figuring out this whole entrepreneurship thing, took me 3 days to write the offer 🤣
Did I price it right this time,or am I being delulu again? ☺️
Who decided we're supposed to have one career for our entire lives?
Why can't we be serial careerists?
Fall in love with something. Give it your all. Outgrow it. Move on.
The same thing with partners, serial monogamist sounds great 🤣
Life's too short to be just one thing.
Anyone else feel a little delulu every now and then? 😂
(Look at me using the cool kids words 🤣)
Some days I'm convinced I'm riding the AI wave and building a successful business.
Other days I wonder if I'm just messing around and wasting my time.
Is this what entrepreneurship is supposed to feel like? 😂
How long does it take a lead developer to set up a GitHub repo and deploy a backend?
Apparently, 22 days.
Meanwhile, I've built pretty much the entire MVP 😂
Turns out the lead developer leads, and the software developer develops.
Who knew? 🤣
Slept with my contact lenses in last night.
Woke up feeling like someone had glued them to my eyeballs.
Spent the morning trying to remove them without removing my actual eyes in the process.
It's 8:33 AM and I've already had enough of today 😂
Happy Thursday everyone!
You must all be masochists 😂
Anyway, I'm 71 away from 2,500!
If you enjoy reading about my AI escapades, entrepreneurial adventures, daily embarrassments, questionable life decisions, and stupid jokes, guess what?
Nope. I refuse to say "let's connect." 😂
I can't promise quality content, but I can promise entertainment😂
Remember when selecting your birth year meant scrolling a little?
Now I have to scroll so far back I'm starting to question my life choices.
JUST LET ME TYPE THE YEAR.
I already know I'm old. I don't need an interactive reminder😂
I might be financialy poor, but who can put a price on this?
Takes me 2 min by foot from my home to the beach.
I might be richer than the most 🥰
They say AI is going to take all our jobs.
If you couldn't work as a developer anymore, what would you do for a living?
Just curious how many of you would join me on OnlyFans😂
Sad day for WordPress.
If you run a WordPress site, check with your host about the PHP security update.
Last time I joined a hackathon, friends came over on a Sunday. I kicked them out after an hour because I wanted to code 😂
Now @jessyka_boat and I are officially in the Meta Global AI Developer Hackathon! 🚀
She's bringing the brains. I'm bringing the code and unreasonable levels of excitement.
Luckily, I no longer have friends to disturb my peace. Fully prepared this time 🤣
I think I just found my favourite AI integration🤯
I connected @windsor_ai to Codex and OH MY GOD 😍
I asked it to analyse my Google Search Console data. It can connect to Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Stripe, LinkedIn, and hundreds of other data sources too?!
It pulled the numbers, made charts, compared my projects, and told me exactly what I should improve.
Imagine having your own marketing analyst who actually understands all those numbers. No more jumping between dashboards. I just ask questions.
This is what I love about AI❤️
Everyone wants passive income.
I'm collecting active expenses 🤣
I have 8 domains, a collection of half finished projects, subscriptions I keep forgetting to cancel, and enough ideas to keep an entire development team busy.
I'm not building a business. I'm running a subscription based service where I'm the only customer🤣
Anyone else building a highly unprofitable empire?
Took a little break from work today to read Christopher Hitchens.
One of my all-time favorite people to read and listen to. What a brilliant mind. RIP.
I'm rereading God Is Not Great and came across this quote by Heinrich Heine.
I've shared it with so many people over the years, and I still think it's one of the most brilliant observations on religion I've ever read.
And now, let's see how many followers I can lose with a single post.
3... 2... 1... GO! 😂
In my 20s, I had loads of fun (image as proof).
In my 30s, I got a PhD, had a baby, and became a software developer by chance.
Now I'm 40 and trying to build a business.
I guess I like making each decade more complicated than the last 🤣 Makes me slightly worried about my 50s, probably a mental breakdown awaits 🤪
Anyone else doing things in reverse?😂
A developer, a QA tester, and a an AI agent walk into a bar.
The developer orders a beer.
QA orders zero beers, minus one beer, and a lizard.
The AI agent says it ordered a beer. Everyone waits.
My AI twist on a classic joke🤣
Before paying for another AEO subscription, check this out:
Used @treg_ai to run an AI visibility audit on my kids AI academy in one prompt. About $0.16.
It then:
• asked ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode the questions buyers ask
• found who they recommend
• measured the pages they quote
• searched Reddit and YouTube for threads to join
• ranked 21 actions by impact vs effort
Next it drafts the replies and pitches.
I'm gonna try it out for a few weeks and hope for the best!
