Interesting story Mike. Did you ever find out why David Berkowitz was calling various animal rescue services asking about German Shepherds that were up for adoption? One was P.A.W.S. in the Bronx. Another was the Yonkers Animal Shelter. See their newspaper ads from 1976 & 1977.

Thanks for the info! My brother worked with Maury Terry around 98-99’. Wanted to give you some names of people from out West who visited/lived in NYC during 80’s: Craig and Susan Christensen Kevin and Khaliel Kelly, Dave Lee Hamblin, Joe Bennion. Any recognition?

That’s going to be an excellent read Mike! A question: I’m sure you’re familiar with the Steinberg/Nussbaum case back in 87’. I’m curious about your thoughts because Steinberg also mentioned a cult in Long Island with rich people involved. Any thoughts on that?
