New costume. Same person behind it. 🎭 With Halloween coming up, here’s our Value Passport question: Beyond your avatar, what should people know about you? A project you built? Someone you helped? Something you’re proud of? #CoinPower #Halloween

Before asking 1,000 people to notice your idea, ask one person to try it. Where do they hesitate? What do they skip? What makes them come back? CoinPower builders: what are you testing this week—and what have people surprised you with? #CoinPower #BuildTogether

A score can tell you how much. It rarely tells you why it mattered. Who did the work help? What changed because of it? That’s the context we care about in the Value Passport conversation. What contribution would a leaderboard miss? #CoinPower #ValuePassport

Last year’s beginner might be this year’s person everyone asks for help. A digital identity should leave room for that change. With CoinPower Value Passport, we’re asking: what would you want your profile to show about who you’re becoming? #CoinPower #ValuePassport

A useful answer buried in yesterday’s chat is useful only to the people who saw it. Give it a title. Add the missing context. Make it easy to find again. What’s one community resource you keep sending to people? #CoinPower #Community

“I built this” rarely tells the whole story. Who tested it? Who caught the mistake? Who explained it to everyone else? For CoinPower Value Passport, that’s the conversation worth having: which contributions should a digital identity make visible? #CoinPower #ValuePassport

The best community test? Ask a beginner’s question. If someone gets a useful answer instead of “you should know this,” that’s a place worth coming back to. CoinPower question of the day: what took you far too long to ask? #CoinPower #Community

Before adding another feature, ask someone to show you how they use what’s already there. The awkward workaround might tell you more than a wishlist. CoinPower builders: when did a user last change your mind about what to build?

Someone updated the guide after the launch. Fixed the broken link. Answered the question nobody else saw. No big announcement. Still a contribution. CoinPower community: what’s one bit of ongoing work that deserves more credit?

A post can get a hundred likes and still leave everyone where they started. A clear answer might help one person finish something they were stuck on. At CoinPower, we want more of the second kind. What’s something you read recently that you actually put to use?

Who would you happily work with again? Probably someone who kept you updated, owned a mistake, or followed through when things got messy. That belongs in the conversation about digital identity, too. CoinPower Value Passport: what should a profile tell us beyond a job title?

The finished version rarely shows how much work went into it. Keep the early draft, the test that failed, the note that changed your approach. When we talk about CoinPower Value Passport, that context matters too. What part of your process do you usually leave out?

A small thing that makes teamwork better: leaving enough context for the next person. What changed, what’s still unfinished, and where to pick it up. CoinPower builders—what’s one habit you wish every teammate had?

“I helped build it” is a start. What part was yours? What did you change? What did you learn? Those details make a contribution meaningful. They’re what we want the conversation around CoinPower Value Passport to focus on.

You join a community for a topic. You come back because someone remembers what you're working on. That's the kind of place we'd like CoinPower to be. What made you feel at home in an online community?

Everyone is talking about AI agents. Lao Gan Ma, the Chinese chili sauce maker, has been putting AI into quality inspection. I find that more interesting than another chatbot demo. Recent reporting puts its 2025 revenue at RMB 5.4 billion. The company also disclosed a rollout of AI visual inspection, full traceability for core ingredients, and a defect rate of 0.02% at key production stages. Predictably, those facts became a much bigger headline: “AI helped Lao Gan Ma make billions.” That’s a stretch. Revenue isn’t profit. And a company using AI while recording strong sales doesn’t tell us how much of those sales AI caused. The more useful story is on the factory floor. A quality problem caught early can mean less material processed, packaged and shipped before someone notices it. Better traceability can make it easier to work out what went wrong. More consistent inspection can help keep one batch closer to the next. None of that is glamorous. But in a business built on repeat purchases, consistency matters. People aren’t buying chili sauce because the factory uses AI. They’re buying it because they expect it to taste the way they remember. There’s another detail worth noting: supplier Daifuku says Lao Gan Ma’s automated warehouse went into operation in 2020. This wasn’t a traditional factory suddenly transformed by plugging in a model. There were years of equipment and process improvements behind it. And we still don’t have enough public information to calculate the return on the AI investment. That would require installation costs, ongoing maintenance, human review and measurable savings—not just a revenue figure. Inspection also has trade-offs. Missing a defect is costly. Rejecting perfectly good ingredients is wasteful. A system has to get both sides right. My takeaway: some of the most useful AI projects may barely change what customers see. They make an existing business more reliable. Before asking “What can we build with AI?”, it might be worth asking: What keeps going wrong in our business that we’ve learned to live with?

Changing your mind can be a sign of progress. A good conversation doesn't have to end in agreement. Sometimes it gives you a better question. CoinPower community: what's one idea you've reconsidered lately—and what changed your view?

The launch gets the spotlight. The testing, editing and patient problem-solving rarely do. At CoinPower, we believe a digital identity should tell that fuller story. What behind-the-scenes contribution deserves more recognition?

“Thanks for helping” is good. “Your explanation helped me finally understand this” tells someone what mattered. CoinPower community: give someone a specific thank-you today. What did they do that made a difference?
