I am incredibly thankful for President Trump’s kind words of commendation and encouragement on my administration’s work to secure our elections. He has been a truly great president, and we are in his debt for his commitment to make federal resources available to secure our voter rolls. Make no mistake: the SAVE program is a critical program every state should use to secure the people’s right to vote.

I enjoyed speaking with the seniors at Conway Christian today about the importance of elections. We have so much to be proud of in Arkansas! Thank you to Conway Christian for the opportunity to connect!

Today, Arkansas took action to protect mothers and the unborn.   Thank you @AGTimGriffin for defending every child’s right to life and fighting to keep these dangerous drugs out of our state.
Today I joined @AGLizMurrill and @AGSteveMarshall to protect mothers and babies by suing 29 defendants for shipping abortion pills into our respective states, in violation of our laws. Nothing about the deceptive conduct of these abortion pill providers is health care. Abortion drugs are shipped to women sight unseen. It is unconscionable, illegal and dangerous. We have also filed an original action in the United States Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of California, Massachusetts, and New York’s shield laws. These laws unconstitutionally nullify the laws of pro-life states by insulating abortion providers from liability in Arkansas. The rule of law matters, and with this action, we are taking action and sending a clear signal that our states take our laws seriously. I have been proud to stand up for the lives of the unborn my entire time in public service, and I am proud to defend Arkansas’s pro-life laws through this action today. tinyurl.com/2fkuces6 #arnews

I am proud to fully endorse the Citizens Only Voting Amendment, Issue 1. Yesterday I joined Representative @DavidARay to make a direct statement that has bipartisan consensus: Arkansas elections, from school board to Governor, are for Arkansas citizens only. This amendment is a proactive step to keep it that way.

Today marks twenty-five years since the tragedies of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and it is critical we never forget what we lost that day. My office is featuring a special exhibit sharing the firsthand experience of Arkansas native Major Keith Dover, U.S. Army (Ret.), who was dispatched to the Pentagon in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. The display includes items documented that day by Major Dover, along with a flag bearing the names of the known 9/11 victims. It was generously loaned by Capitol Police Officer George Morehead. We will never forget.

Partnering with nine other Secretaries of State from around the country, I have filed an amicus brief at the United States Supreme Court urging the Court to affirm states’ authority to require proof of citizenship as part of their voter registration processes. Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote is a basic safeguard that has been impeded by bad federal caselaw. This case is our best chance in a generation to begin fixing it.

Meta made the right decision settling this lawsuit and putting commonsense safeguards for kids in place - but they can’t be the only ones. It’s time for Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and others to step up and start putting kids’ safety over their bottom line.
BREAKING: Meta has reached a $16.68 billion settlement over a landmark lawsuit alleging its social media platforms harmed children. The breaking settlement ends claims against the company as the trial was set to move forward. @JonathanTurley says Meta has the financial firepower to absorb the impact as the company agrees to settle claims brought by states alleging its social media platforms harmed children. But he warns the bigger consequence may be what comes next, calling the settlement "seismic" and predicting it could encourage more states and plaintiffs' attorneys to take action.

Every Arkansan has a right to be safe at their State Capitol. I am proud to lead the Arkansas Capitol Police and Arkansas Capitol Facilities Division in ensuring we protect the Capitol and those who visit it for generations to come.

One of the great benefits of the tax cut we passed, that has not gotten a lot of attention, is a new tax break for Arkansas families who give to churches and charities. Under the old law, families who took the standard deduction, which is the vast majority of Arkansans, generally received no federal tax deduction for charitable giving. Now, married couples can deduct up to $2,000 in charitable contributions, including tithing, even while taking the standard deduction. That means Arkansas families keep more of your hard-earned money while supporting churches. My philosophy has been the same from day one: you know how to spend your money better than the government does. Taxes are lower for Arkansas families than they were when I took office. And every Arkansan is better off because of it.

Today I announced that Antonio Cornelius Johnson, 41, and Beatrice Ann Dabbs, 36, both of Little Rock, pled guilty to two counts each of loitering and received 30-day suspended jail sentences. Both were cited for loitering in the median at University Avenue and Cantrell Road, creating a dangerous situation for themselves and motorists. Arkansas’s loitering laws are clear, and we are serious about enforcing them. tinyurl.com/23cvb9kc #arnews

I am honored to make sure that the Arkansas Veterans Cemetery Foundation has the flags they need. There is no greater use for these flags than to honor those who served our country. I am thankful for the incredible work the foundation does day in and day out.

Thank you Senator Cotton for your leadership in keeping America safe. Communist China cannot be allowed to get a foothold here, especially when it comes to the financial data of Americans.
Companies that handle sensitive American data shouldn’t have ties to Communist China. I’m requesting @SecScottBessent to investigate Chinese investment in Airwallex.

The rule of law is foundational in this country. As a constitutional lawyer and as the Secretary of State, I fight every day to make sure the law is followed as written. I am proud to announce that the Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit against my office, and our petition decision stands.

Thank you to @SenTomCotton and Governor @SarahHuckabee Sanders for their show of support today for the STOP FRAUD in Medicaid Act. Senator Cotton has been a tremendous partner at the federal level as we work to investigate and prosecute Medicaid fraud in Arkansas, and my office has worked seamlessly with Governor Sanders’ administration on this issue. I am grateful for their support of the STOP FRAUD in Medicaid Act, which will empower state Medicaid Fraud Control Units to combat beneficiary and recipient fraud in addition to provider fraud. tinyurl.com/5b4rnrph #arnews

I am proud to congratulate Judge Lee Rudofsky on his nomination to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. When I appointed Judge Rudofsky to serve as Arkansas’s first Solicitor General, I had long recognized his legal acumen and knew he would serve Arkansas with distinction. On the federal district court, Judge Rudofsky has adhered to the original text of our constitution and applied the rule of law fairly and impartially. I am confident he will continue to apply the law faithfully. Judge Rudofsky is a once-in-a-generation jurist, and I ask the United States Senate to swiftly confirm President Trump’s nomination.
