What an amazing weekend going #BacktoBatley with @TeamColostomyUK ! A hard fought wheelchair RL match against @BatleyRLFC B Team, and an even more physical match against an outstanding @WYP_RL both matches demonstrated amazing positivity and awareness of our cause!

#worldibdday2025 because awareness is key. I hated everything about my UC, and my large intestines it infected, and it was only when I was forced to have it removed did I realise how bad it was. A stoma removed that hate, some aren’t so lucky and have to carry the symptoms daily

Today marks my 20yrs service in the police. How I’ve (my hairline) has changed. It’s in the police that I met my lovely wife, made a family, moved to the other side of the country, became ill, lost an organ, regained my health and fitness, and been promoted twice. It’s been a blast
