Share it Saturday! Is this handsome fella a CSBR dog? No, does he need a happy fur-ever after? YES! FLASH IS STILL WAITING FOR HIS PERSON. And honestly, I’m starting to think somebody misplaced the memo. This is Flash. He’s 15 months old, ridiculously smart, ridiculously fun, and apparently still waiting in foster for someone to realize they’ve been missing out. Flash is basically three dogs in a trench coat: Athlete: Hiking? Yes. Walks? Yes. Adventure? Absolutely. Goofball: Toys are life. Fetch, tug, anything involving a toy. If the toy bin opens, Flash has clocked in. Cuddle bug: After he has sufficiently exhausted himself, he is happy to crash with his people and sleep like the good boy he is. And then there’s the brain. Flash learns FAST. Like, "please stop making me demonstrate this, I already know it" fast. He loves food, loves training, and is the kind of dog who actually enjoys having a job. He does love other dogs, although his enthusiasm sometimes enters the room before the rest of him does. He’s still learning that not every dog is interested in receiving a full Flash Experience immediately. He needs someone who can help him with those social skills and advocate for appropriate boundaries. He’s also a talker. Flash has opinions. Many opinions. He would like them documented. He needs an active human who wants a hiking buddy, enjoys training, and is looking for an actual dog to build a life with, not a decorative throw pillow with legs. Also, peanut butter remains his currency. So, once again: HOW IS THIS DOG STILL IN FOSTER? Flash is currently in foster in Castle Rock and available through @uppup_andaway Someone please give this boy the life he has been waiting for. He has toys to destroy, trails to conquer, and apparently several strongly worded opinions to share.
