Bandcamp is amazing and it's great they are bringing back Bandcamp Friday, but it's pretty frustrating that a company a fraction of the size of you-know-who has to take the lead in supporting independent artists in a meaningful way during the ongoing pandemic.

The first ever coordinated Amazon walkouts. The first ever Starbucks unions. People are getting fed up, and their organizing to do something about it. Let's make 2022 the year of worker.
NEW: Amazon promised workers in Chicago full-time roles with a hiring bonus, extra pay for working Thanksgiving, and paid bereavement leave.
Every promise was broken.
So these courageous @AUchicagoland workers led the first-ever walkouts coordinated across multiple warehouses.

After debuting on @CommRadioTapes and opening our 2017 Xmas tape spectacularly, Dakota Blue provided this amazing double-bill or two-fer of cinematic post-industrial desert blues. Bringing spooky melancholia to L.A. life in a Lynchian Lana Del Rey fashion
