o7 @RiotPhroxzon would u mind throwing Teemo an extra 10-20% dmg on his E again for JG camps? He is lowest winrate in years in JG but still his second most played role. He is only viable in iron/bronze/silver and starts going sub 49% even in GOLD, which is not normal. This is because his clear speed puts him at scuttle 5s after it spawns, and the enemy jungler can easily clear it b4 you get there and grab the other one as well making a snowball effect. Meta junglers can full clear and get to you at your 2nd buff as well before u clear it, which feels awful. Ty for listening, not asking for him to be OP again, just playable
